Slot Booking Terms & Conditions

1. Slot Reservation & Payment Policy

• **Mandatory Advance Booking:** All slot usage requires **online or in-person advance booking** to secure your time.
• **Booking Confirmation:** Securing a slot guarantees your reservation. Payment details (whether full advance payment is required or payment upon arrival) will be confirmed during the booking process.
• **Punctuality:** The booking duration is fixed (e.g., 60 minutes). If you arrive late, your session will **still end at the originally scheduled time** and cannot be extended.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• **24-Hour Notice Required:** To be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling, cancellation must be notified **at least 24 hours prior** to the session start time.
• **Late Cancellation (Less than 24 Hours):** Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will receive **no refund**, and the full booking fee will be charged.
• **No-Show Policy:** If you are absent without notice (No-Show), **no refund** will be provided.
• **Management Right:** 91 Cricket Zone reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a booking in unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will provide an alternative slot or a full refund.

3. Discount & Pricing Policy

• **Fixed Pricing:** The prices for all our services are **final**.
• **No Individual Discounts:** Please do not request individual discounts or negotiate rates. Such requests will **not** be entertained.
• **Promotional Offers:** Discounts are only applicable to official, written, and publicly announced **promotional packages** (e.g., monthly memberships) offered by 91 Cricket Zone.

**Declaration:** The **91 Cricket Zone** facility and its operations are managed under the direct supervision and policies established by **Mr. Sukhdev Tukdiya**. By booking a slot, you agree to adhere to all the stated terms and safety regulations.
